Job summary

Seder Group Trading and Contracting seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee daily production, ensure schedules and quality, and drive continuous improvement. You will mentor a diverse team, implement robust policies, and uphold safety standards across the facility.

The role requires a strong track record in supervising manufacturing or logistics, with expertise in lean principles and Six Sigma to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Riyadh-based, on-site leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a supervisory or management role within manufacturing or logistics.
• Proven track record of leading and developing teams to meet targets.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other process-improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations ensuring production schedules and quality standards are met.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of employees to foster a positive and productive environment.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures and safety regulations to maintain a secure workplace.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
