Job Description

• Manage daily factory operations and ensure smooth production workflow.
• Supervise and lead maintenance, production and operational teams including supervisors and department heads.
• Monitor machinery performance and coordinate preventive as well as corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards and operational KPIs are achieved.
• Develop and implement operational improvement, optimization and automation strategies.
• Oversee production orders, operational reporting and process efficiency analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to improve overall plant performance.
• Utilize the SAP ERP system for operational planning, reporting and resource management.
• Lead and motivate teams while maintaining strong operational discipline and leadership presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management or any related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial manufacturing operations.
