Qualifications

• PMP, NEBOSH or OSHA certification.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience with advanced construction software and tools.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent physical fitness for on-site activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Implement safety protocols and conduct site inspections to mitigate hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to improve productivity on site.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress and issues arising.
• Assist in developing project plans and schedules with on-site insights.
• Manage allocation and use of resources to minimize waste and optimize performance.
• Oversee civil works, finishing and maintenance to uphold quality standards.
