Job summary

Seder Group Trading and Contracting is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in Riyadh. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and proactively address them.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure availability of critical components for repairs.
• Oversee planned maintenance projects including budgeting, resource allocation and progress tracking.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues providing hands-on support as needed.
