Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings.
• Advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex transaction documents and agreements.
• Manage due diligence processes and provide strategic advice.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver commercial solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments affecting corporate transactions.
