TOP UK INT L LAW FIRM in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Associate to join its busy Corporate practice. You will handle high‑level work including complex M&A deals, joint ventures, IPOs and commercial contracts for a distinguished client base across the Middle East.

You will work with government, corporate and private equity clients across sectors such as energy, infrastructure and technology, with activities closely aligned to Saudi market priorities.

Qualifications

• First-class legal ability with a practical commercial approach.
• Track record of taking responsibility for and managing deals.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi and wider Middle Eastern market.
• Arabic language skills and ME region experience advantageous (not essential).

This major UK and international law firm has an excellent opportunity to join their busy and thriving Corporate practice in Riyadh. As a Senior Associate, you will handle a variety of high‑level work including complex and big‑ticket M&A deals, joint ventures, IPOs, and commercial contracts.

You will work with an impressive client list that includes major government, corporate, and private equity clients across the Middle Eastern region, with an emphasis on the Saudi market. Our broad practice covers multiple sectors such as energy, oil & gas, renewables, infrastructure, transport, technology, hospitality, healthcare, pharma, manufacturing and consumer goods, which aligns closely with KSA Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities:
