Job summary

TOP UK INT L LAW FIRM in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Associate to join its busy Corporate practice. You will handle high‑level work including complex M&A deals, joint ventures, IPOs and commercial contracts for a distinguished client base across the Middle East.

You will work with government, corporate and private equity clients across sectors such as energy, infrastructure and technology, with activities closely aligned to Saudi market priorities.

Qualifications

• First-class legal ability with a practical commercial approach.
• Track record of taking responsibility for and managing deals.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi and wider Middle Eastern market.
• Arabic language skills and ME region experience advantageous (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Handle complex M&A transactions, joint ventures, IPOs and commercial contracts.
• Draft, negotiate and manage high-value agreements.
• Provide commercial advice to clients across a range of sectors.
• Work collaboratively with a dynamic, friendly and supportive team.
