Leading Global Elite Law Firm in Riyadh is seeking a Real Estate Associate Lawyer (3-5 PQE) to join its premier team advising sovereign wealth funds, government entities, and multinational clients on complex GCC real estate transactions.

The role covers acquisitions, development projects, finance, joint ventures, leasing, and cross-border investments across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, with Vision2030 projects providing high-profile exposure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years post-qualification experience at a leading international law firm or top-tier regional law firm.
• Strong experience in commercial real estate, investment transactions, development projects, real estate finance or broader corporate real estate matters.
• Saudi Arabian or GCC national qualified lawyers strongly preferred.
• Previous experience advising on Saudi/GCC real estate matters at a Legal500-ranked firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise sovereign wealth funds, government entities, institutional investors, developers, investment funds, family offices and multinational corporates on real-estate transactions.
• Handle real-estate acquisitions and disposals, mixed-use, hospitality, residential, industrial and logistics developments.
• Structure joint ventures and strategic investment structures.
• Work on real-estate private equity and institutional investments.
• Orient development projects and construction-related transactions.
• Manage commercial leasing and asset management matters.
• Provide real-estate finance and structured finance support.
• Manage corporate real-estate and portfolio transactions.
