We are partnering with a leading law firm in Saudi Arabia that is seeking an experienced Senior Associate corporate M amp A to join its growing Corporate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a Saudi-qualified lawyer with strong experience advising on complex corporate transactions. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading M amp A transactions advising high-profile clients and contributing to the continued growth of a dynamic and reputable legal practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring transactions
• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters
• Draft, review and negotiate complex transaction documents and commercial agreements
• Manage legal due diligence processes and provide strategic legal advice throughout transactions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused legal solutions
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers supporting their professional development
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution
• Stay up to date with legal and regulatory developments impacting corporate transactions in Saudi Arabia

Approximately 6 – 8 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate and M&A. Strong background gained within a reputable local or international law firm. Proven experience handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general corporate advisory matters. Demonstrated ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships independently. Commercial mindset with excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
