Job summary

Wrrk in Riyadh seeks a Senior Specialist Bank-wide Loyalty Partnerships to design, implement, and manage customer loyalty programs and strategic partnerships across the bank, driving engagement and revenue growth. You will lead campaigns, collaborate with marketing, CRM, analytics and IT, and ensure compliant, customer-centric loyalty experiences across digital and physical channels.

The role requires 7+ years in loyalty/marketing within banking or fintech, plus a relevant degree and Arabic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in loyalty programs, partnerships, CRM or marketing within banking, fintech or retail.
• Strong understanding of reward ecosystems, customer engagement strategies and partnership models.
• Experience managing vendors and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously enhance the bank's loyalty and rewards programs; manage day-to-day operations including accrual, redemption, campaigns, and offers.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners; negotiate commercial terms and manage ongoing partner relationships.
• Plan and execute targeted loyalty campaigns; collaborate with marketing to promote programs and partnerships.
• Track and analyze loyalty and partnership performance metrics; generate insights and prepare dashboards for stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless loyalty experience across all touchpoints and align with the customer journey strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, retail banking, cards, CRM, analytics, and IT; ensure compliance with governance standards.
