You will translate guest and business needs into actionable requirements and drive outcomes over outputs. You will manage operations across KSA and UAE, develop engagement campaigns, personalization initiatives, and monetization opportunities while ensuring accuracy across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years in loyalty, product, or program management.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the loyalty product roadmap with clear success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across IT, Omni-channel, and analytics.
• Develop operations processes and define KPI driven improvements.
