Job summary

PayTech Group in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Manager to own the SME Cards portfolio growth, customer lifecycle and engagement strategy. You will drive activation, spend, loyalty and profitability across the portfolio, leading lifecycle programs and targeted campaigns.

The role requires deep banking experience, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with SME Banking, Business Banking and Product teams to deepen wallet share and optimize journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of banking experience with spend stimulation, activation, retention and engagement programs.
• Experience developing cross-sell and upsell strategies in banking environments.
• Strong understanding of card economics, customer profitability and loyalty ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the SME Cards portfolio growth strategy with annual and quarterly targets.
• Own end-to-end customer lifecycle framework, campaigns and retention programs.
• Increase card spend and activation; design targeted offers and merchant-funded campaigns.
• Drive e-commerce growth and digital engagement; improve the online journey.
• Manage loyalty, rewards and customer engagement to boost retention.
• Lead cross-sell/upsell campaigns with SME Banking, Business Banking and Product teams.
