Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Lifting Manager to oversee all lifting operations for complex hospitality or mixed-use developments in Riyadh, KSA. You will lead lifting plans, supervise operators and ensure safety across all construction phases.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in lifting, civil engineering credentials, and PMCM exposure with major contractors. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' relevant lifting operations experience.
• Degree in Civil Engineer or NVQ Level 7 in engineering.
• Deep understanding of LOLER, PUWER, HASAWA; cranes and rigging.
• Proven PMCM experience with major contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site lifting operations across projects.
• Develop lifting plans, method statements and safe systems of work.
• Coordinate with design, procurement and safety teams.
• Mentor lifting teams and manage subcontractors.
• Represent Parsons in client and regulatory meetings.
