Job summary

Siemens Energy in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province invites a Senior Legal Counsel to join our Grid Technology team. You will review contracts, advise on large-scale project delivery, and navigate procurement, product, and service agreements to drive the energy transition with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Middle East and beyond, manage external counsel in disputes, and help standardize contract processes while supporting

Qualifications

Several years in the legal department of an international company or reputable law firm.
Proven track record in managing risks in complex transactions.
Strong knowledge of contract law and international contract practice.
Ability to lead strategic contracts and negotiations.
Excellent English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Review contracts and advise on large-scale contracts in project delivery.
Support bidding, execution phases, procurement, and service agreements.
Manage risk, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution coordination.
Collaborate with global LC community and external law firms.
Provide training to stakeholders.
