Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking an experienced Legal Specialist to support the engineering and project management environment. The role covers corporate, commercial, contractual, and project-related activities under Saudi laws and company policies.

You will collaborate with management, project teams, procurement, finance, HR, consultants, contractors, and external counsel to identify risks, review contracts, and guide negotiations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Saudi legal qualification or relevant professional certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi commercial and contractual laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, amendments, and related documents.
• Provide legal advice on commercial and contractual matters affecting operations and projects.
• Review consultant, contractor, supplier, subcontractor, and client agreements.
• Identify obligations, liabilities, risks, and potential disputes.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure legal protections for the company.
• Monitor contractual commitments, notices, claims, variations, and termination provisions.
• Support project teams in managing disputes, claims, and potential litigation.
