Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Riyadh seeks a Leasing Executive to drive occupancy and revenue for a premium residential compound. You will manage the full leasing cycle from inquiry to move-in, maximize occupancies, and deliver exceptional service to prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities include corporate and diplomatic leasing outreach, market intelligence, show unit presentation, and tenant onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leasing or sales experience in residential real estate in KSA
• Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and occupancy goals
• Experience with compound, residential communities or mixed-use developments preferred
• Strong knowledge of KSA rental market, REGA regulations and leasing practices

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and revenue for a premium residential compound in Riyadh
• Manage full leasing cycle from inquiry to move‑in and deliver exceptional customer service
• Develop relationships with corporate clients relocation agencies and HR departments
• Lead show unit presentation marketing and lead generation efforts
• Coordinate with operations FM and third-party partners for move‑ins renewals and tenancy administration
