• Existing network of corporate clients and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential corporate tenants for office spaces.
• Manage the complete office leasing cycle from lead generation through negotiation, contract signing, and handover.
• Conduct professional office tours and property presentations for prospective tenants.
• Understand clients' requirements including office size, location, budget, lease duration, fit-out needs.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and leasing offers.
• Negotiate rental rates, lease periods, incentives, renewals, and other terms within guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, landlords, and partners.
• Maintain active pipeline of prospective tenants and follow up to convert opportunities into signed leases.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, brokers, and existing relationships.
• Monitor inventory, vacancy levels, rental rates, and occupancy.
• Coordinate with Property Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Facility teams.
