Job summary

Elm Co in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead IT Service Management across Technology. You will establish service management standards, monitor performance, govern SLAs, and drive service improvements with stakeholders to ensure reliable and value-driven IT services.

The role requires 6–8 years of ITSM experience, strong analytical and governance skills, and the ability to translate business needs into measurable service requirements. This is a full-time onsite position in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or related discipline.
• 6-8 years of IT Service Management, Technology Operations, or related experience.
• Experience in service level management, SLA monitoring, and service reporting.
• Experience developing and monitoring service improvement plans and supporting problem management.
• Ability to work with business and technology stakeholders to define service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ITSM frameworks, standards, and practices across Technology.
• Define, monitor, and report service performance and KPI metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define service expectations.
• Lead service improvement initiatives and verify realized benefits.
• Support problem management and root-cause analysis activities.
• Ensure alignment of services with regulatory and Elm policies.
