Job summary

Metra Computers Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Sales Lead / Sales Account Manager Supervisor to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships within the Saudi market.

You will lead sales activities, manage key accounts, supervise a sales team, and coordinate with IT vendors, distribution partners, and channel partners to develop opportunities and deliver profitable quotations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the IT industry.
• Previous experience in IT distribution is highly preferred.
• Very good command of English is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of IT distribution channels incl. resellers, system integrators, corporate customers, and technology vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise sales account management activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, key accounts, resellers, and channel partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence in Saudi Arabia.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and forecast accurately in CRM.
• Coach and guide sales team members to improve performance and customer engagement.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers aligned with pricing policies.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Pre-Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Operations for order processing and satisfaction.
