Job summary

Emdad By Elm in Riyadh is seeking a Lead Specialist Integration Operations to ensure service availability, stability, and secure operations across integration platforms and services. You will coordinate with integration and application teams to manage incidents and document procedures.

In this role you will operate and support Apigee, Red Hat 3scale, IBM DataPower, and Linux environments, monitor API services, analyze issues, and drive continuous improvements for business continuity.

Qualifications

Experience with integration platforms and services.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration incidents.
Familiarity with API management and gateway technologies.
Understanding of security and stability requirements for integration environments.

Responsibilities

Reassess business needs for the integration team and set priorities.
Operate and support Apigee, Red Hat 3scale, IBM DataPower, and Linux environments.
Support and monitor API services and interfaces.
Analyze integration and connectivity-related issues.
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve incidents.
Support network and service launches.
Monitor performance of integration platforms and address technical challenges.
Ensure service availability and stability.
Document procedures and knowledge.
Support projects and initiatives.
Analyze integration risks and ensure business continuity.
