Job summary

InnovationTeam in Riyadh seeks a Senior System Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, project leadership, and delivery teams for a large-scale digital integration program. You will translate business, operational, and regulatory needs into clear functional and technical requirements across integration services, event streaming, the developer portal, reporting, and operations.

The ideal candidate is a native Arabic speaker with excellent English fluency and strong command of the full Software

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis or Business Systems Analysis, including enterprise integration or digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Requirements Engineering: Lead discovery with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and trace functional and non-functional requirements for the non-AI project scope.
System Analysis & Documentation: Produce BRDs, SRS, functional and technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, interface requirements, data mappings, and analysis documents for integration services and event topics.
Process & Integration Modelling: Document current- and future-state processes, gap analyses, workflows, sequence diagrams, system interactions, APIs, integration mappings, and data flows.
Requirements Lifecycle & Governance: Maintain traceability, backlog readiness, change requests, priorities, dependencies, and alignment with security, data, service-level, and technical governance requirements.
Validation & Acceptance Support: Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios; collaborate with QA on integration, performance, and UAT activities; and verify delivered services against approved requirements.
Cross-Functional Delivery & AI Coordination: Work with integration, portal, event-streaming, operations, cybersecurity, data-governance, and AI teams; define AI-related interfaces and data requirements without owning AI model design, development, or training; and support handover and knowledge transfer.
