Job summary

DXC Technology in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced L2 Application Support Lead to own and guide the IBM Integration platforms. You will provide technical leadership, ensure high availability, and drive efficient incident resolution across ACE, IIB, and DataPower environments.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and uphold ITIL-based processes to minimize downtime and boost platform stability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with significant IBM Integration and application support.
• Strong experience leading L2 Application Support teams in enterprise production environments.
• Hands-on with ACE, IIB, and DataPower environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the L2 Application Support team responsible for IBM Integration platforms and services.
• Provide hands-on support for ACE, IIB, and DataPower environments.
• Manage and resolve complex production incidents within defined SLAs and ITIL standards.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of critical integration issues.
