Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced Senior Manager - Infrastructure Planning to lead the development and implementation of infrastructure strategies essential to our ambitious projects in Saudi Arabia. You will guide planning processes and ensure alignment with the company's vision.

You will analyze current systems, coordinate with engineering, environmental and design teams, manage stakeholder relations, and oversee feasibility studies, cost estimates and resource plans to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; a Master's degree preferred.
• Professional certifications in project or infrastructure management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic infrastructure planning initiatives and integrate into Qiddiya's development framework.
• Conduct detailed analyses of current infrastructure systems and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive project plans in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and design teams for cohesive planning and execution.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with external agencies, consultants, and community partners.
• Oversee feasibility studies, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor progress and provide updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Mentor team members and promote innovation, teamwork, and professional development.
