In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing infrastructure planning strategies that are essential to the successful execution of our ambitious projects. Your leadership will guide the planning process, ensuring all infrastructure initiatives align with Qiddiya's overarching vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic infrastructure planning initiatives, integrating them into the broader development framework of Qiddiya


• Conduct detailed analyses of current infrastructure systems and identify enhancement opportunities to support project goals


• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create comprehensive project plans, ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry standards


• Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and design teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution of infrastructure projects


• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication, fostering strong relationships with external agencies, consultants, and community partners


• Oversee the preparation of feasibility studies, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans to support informed decision-making


• Monitor infrastructure planning progress, providing timely updates and recommendations for improvements to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
