Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of infrastructure planning experience.
• Experience with large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure planning aligned with master development plan.
• Coordinate with engineering, architecture, and environmental teams.
• Analyze existing infrastructure frameworks for improvements.
