Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

• Proficiency with planning and project management software.
• Professional certifications in project or infrastructure management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic infrastructure planning initiatives integrated into Qiddiya's development framework.
• Conduct detailed analyses of current infrastructure systems and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive project plans meeting regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and design teams for cohesive planning and execution.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with external agencies, consultants, and community partners.
• Oversee feasibility studies, cost estimates, and resource allocation for decision-making.
