Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a seasoned Director - Infrastructure Planning to lead the development of infrastructure initiatives that align with the master plan and the organization’s strategic vision. You will coordinate with engineering, architecture, environmental teams, and regulators to shape long-term capital programs.

The role requires deep domain expertise in large-scale infrastructure planning, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with planning software.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of infrastructure planning experience, including large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure design, planning principles, and local regulations.
• Experience coordinating with engineering, architecture, environmental teams, and regulators.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in planning software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure planning efforts aligned with the master development plan.
• Coordinate with engineering, architecture, and environmental teams to develop planning strategies.
• Analyze existing infrastructure frameworks for improvements and expansion.
• Engage with government authorities, stakeholders and consultants for approvals.
• Develop detailed project proposals with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor and report planning progress to senior management.
• Foster collaborative relationships with external agencies and contractors for project execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies to support strategic decisions on infrastructure investments.
