Job summary

SAP is seeking a senior Industry AI lead to drive customer engagements across CIS, translating business challenges into AI opportunities and measurable value. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy practical AI assets, building a scalable portfolio and influencing senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in relevant industries, hands-on AI use-case experience, and strong business acumen. English communication is essential, with Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Six-plus years in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries with operations insight.
• Hands-on experience in defining AI use cases and measuring value with KPIs.
• Proven track record in product definition, delivery, or large-scale business transformation.
• Ability to lead executive workshops and co-innovation engagements with stakeholders.
• Ability to translate opportunities into quantified business cases and ROI timelines.
• Strong English, with Arabic proficiency as an advantage.
• Solid understanding of SAP platforms and cloud-first architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer innovation engagements: run discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Define high-value Industry AI use cases and sharpen requirements, KPIs, and value metrics.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment with engineering collaboration.
• Deliver value rapidly by iterative deployment of AI solutions in production.
• Build the Industry AI portfolio with reusable assets and documented value.
