Job summary

SAP is seeking a seasoned Industry AI product leader in Saudi Arabia to drive end-to-end AI use case lifecycles for manufacturing and related industries. You will run discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders to surface and prioritize AI opportunities, define high-value use cases, and translate challenges into implementable AI solutions with clear value metrics.

Qualifications

6+ years in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries.
Hands-on experience defining Agentic AI solutions with focus on data readiness and measurable outcomes.
Proven track record in product definition or consulting delivering at senior stakeholder level.
Experience leading executive workshops and discovery sessions.
Ability to translate AI opportunities into quantified business cases with realistic KPIs and ROI.
Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead customer innovation engagements and run discovery workshops to surface Industry AI opportunities.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment, partnering with engineering to validate outcomes.
Build the Industry AI portfolio with reusable assets and accelerators.
Drive AI use cases with data readiness and process fit to measurable value.
Turn customer learnings into actionable insights and roadmaps for SAP platforms.
