Job summary

Cognition in Riyadh seeks an Applied AI Transformation Manager to drive value realization for enterprise programs and design operating and delivery models for agentic AI. You will partner with senior customers and Cognition teams to quantify value targets, oversee delivery, and unlock productivity gains across thousands of engineers.

This role combines strategic advisory with hands-on program management in a fast-moving AI environment.

Qualifications

• Computer science or EE undergrad
• SWE intern or full time work experience
• 3-5 years at a big 3 strategy consulting firm with a strong background in value targeting and realization and technology strategy as well as a proven track record building and expanding client relationships
• Ideally 2+ years experience at a startup in a customer facing role preferred
• Thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments—you move quickly and grow quickly
• Demonstrated ability to learn exceptionally fast

Responsibilities

• Identify and report value targets for productivity gains and financial impact
• Ensure seamless operations and delivery with Cognition account team
• Provide playbook and value metrics visibility to customers and Cognition
• Maintain strong customer relationships through delivery
• Oversee onboarding and rollout to thousands of engineers
• Apply analytical PM skills to support executives on value realization and tracking
• Build centers of excellence with tailored enablement programs
