Qualifications

• 6+ years in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries with operational-level knowledge.
• Hands-on experience defining Agentic AI solutions with data readiness and measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record in product definition/delivery or leading business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to lead executive workshops and navigate complex organizational dynamics with emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer innovation engagements: run discovery workshops and boot camps with business/IT stakeholders to surface AI opportunities.
• Define high-value Industry AI use cases with KPIs and quantified value.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment, partnering with engineering and validating outcomes.
• Deliver value rapidly with iterative models that show measurable ROI within weeks.
