Job summary

Royal Cyber in Riyadh is seeking a Senior IBM BAW / BPM Developer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in automating banking processes. The role focuses on designing and implementing workflows for loan origination, account opening, and onboarding using IBM BAW/IBM BPM, integrating with core banking systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong BPMN skills, Java/JavaScript REST/SOAP APIs, and knowledge of SAMA regulations and data protection.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IBM BAW / IBM BPM development experience.
• Strong BPMN and workflow development knowledge.
• Banking/financial services project experience is mandatory.
• Saudi Arabia project experience is required.
• Good knowledge of Java, JavaScript, REST/SOAP, and SQL.
• Knowledge of SAMA regulations, secure coding, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop business process workflows using IBM BAW for banking processes (e.g., loan origination, account opening, trade finance, customer onboarding)
• Design and develop workflows and process applications using IBM BAW / IBM BPM.
• Develop BPMN-based business processes and integrate BAW with banking/core systems.
• Work with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop integrations using Java, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing workflow applications.
• Participate in the complete SDLC and Agile delivery process.

Experience working in Saudi or Middle East Project will be advantage
