Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned leader to head the Field Service Engineer team, overseeing HV products, transformers and OLTC service projects. You will plan resource utilization, supervise site assignments, and coordinate across PM as well as safety/compliance initiatives.

The role requires 6–10 years in HV systems and strong English/Arabic communication, with leadership experience and project/site management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 6–10 years technical and leadership experience in HV products and transformers.
• Project and site management experience preferred.
• Management education or certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken & written) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead field service engineers across HV projects.
• Assign, coordinate and monitor activities, manage resource plans.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with Hitachi Energy standards.
• Develop relationships with customers to grow service opportunities.
