Job summary

Hitachi Energy Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Leader to head the Field Services Engineering and Technician team for high voltage and transformer service projects under the PGSV portfolio. You will oversee daily operations, allocate resources, and drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 6–10 years of HV experience, strong leadership, PM/site management background, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 6–10 years technical and Leadership experience within HV products.
• Project management and site management background preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field service operations and lead the team.
• Assign, coordinate, and monitor field service activities across projects.
• Develop FSE utilization plans and monitor performance.
• Participate in resource allocation meetings with Project Management.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on sites.
• Coach and develop FSE through training and certifications.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive future service work.
