Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Dammam invites an experienced leader to head the field services team for high voltage, transformers and GI service jobs under the PGSV portfolio. You will supervise maintenance, repair, installation testing and commissioning, and coordinate site assignments and training.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, 6–10 years in HV products, and strong project/site management skills. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 6–10 years of technical and leadership experience within HV products, transformers, protection and control system.
• Project management and site management experience preferred.
• Management education or certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and lead the field service team with the Field Service Manager.
• Assign, coordinate, and monitor field service activities across projects.
• Prepare and monitor FSE resource plans and utilization with the manager.
• Participate in weekly resource allocation meetings with Project Management.
• Review FSE skill matrix to ensure right engineer for each project.
• Maintain high standards of safety, integrity and quality in all activities.
