Job summary

Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking a seasoned leader to head the Field Service Engineers and Technicians for HV products, transformers, and protection systems within the PGSV portfolio. You will guide scheduling, safety, training, and on-site mobilizations across projects, ensuring high service quality.

The role requires 6–10 years of technical leadership in HV fields, with project/site management experience, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 6–10 years of technical and leadership experience within HV products, transformers, protection and control systems.
• Project management or site management experience preferred.
• Management education or certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and lead the field service team.
• Assign, coordinate, and monitor field service activities across projects.
• Prepare and monitor FSE resource plans and utilization with management.
• Lead weekly resource allocation meetings with Project Management.
• Ensure safety and quality initiatives are followed and report in the system.
