Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Health and Safety Manager - Infrastructure in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This leadership role drives the health, safety, and workforce wellbeing strategy across heavy civil projects including roads, bridges, tunnels, and earthworks.

You will enforce governance across multiple contractors and joint ventures, ensuring compliance with regulations and international standards. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in health and safety within construction, with NEBOSH or equivalent

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years health and safety experience in construction.
• Relevant qualification in occupational health and safety.
• Professional membership with IOSH, IIRSM, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project health and safety strategy, policies, plans, and objectives.
• Align safety program with legal requirements and ISO 45001.
• Establish governance, reporting lines, and contractor accountability across contracts.
• Define leading and lagging indicators and monitor against targets.
• Lead health and safety management systems for heavy civil and structural construction.
• Oversee incidents, investigations, and corrective actions to drive continual improvement.
