Job summary

AimGulf in Saudi Arabia is seeking an HSE professional to implement policy, monitor health and safety, and drive compliance across projects. You will lead incident investigations, perform risk assessments, and ensure proper use of PPE in line with company procedures.

The role requires 2–6 years in HSE, a Bachelor or Diploma in Safety, and hands-on experience with HIRARC and emergency response. You will prepare reports, coordinate safety audits, and promote a proactive safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of HSE experience.
• Experience with hazard identification and risk assessment processes.

Responsibilities

• Implements HSE requirements per company policy and ensures compliance.
• Monitors illnesses and health concerns, reporting for timely action.
• Oversees PPE usage and ensures proper implementation of safety measures.
• Identifies risks, conducts assessments, and recommends controls.
• Updates HIRARC in line with operations.
• Measures noise levels and recommends PPE.
• Reports incidents, leads investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Supports project/site HSE compliance with regulations and plans.
• Conducts safety inspections, audits, risk assessments and close-out actions.
• Follows up on non-conformances and maintains controls.
• Prepares HSE reports, inspection records, and incident docs.
• Coordinates emergency procedures and drills.
• Promotes proactive safety culture and management updates.
• Ensures contractor/subcontractor safety compliance.
• Communicates effectively with peers and management.
• Executes planned activities within cost and time constraints.
