Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in health and safety engineering or related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Arabian safety requirements, OSHA, ISO 45001.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing or consultancy environments.
• Ability to interpret safety data, prepare professional reports and deliver training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and plans.
• Align HSE programs with local labor requirements, OSHA, ISO 45001.
• Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and safety reviews.
• Investigate accidents and near misses using root cause analysis.
• Develop corrective actions and monitor completion.
• Plan safety audits, inspections, and management system assessments.
• Coordinate with authorities, auditors, consultants, and client safety reps.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and evidence-based recommendations.
