JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Manager – Health, Safety & Environment to lead the HSE strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will offer 15+ years of HSE experience, strong leadership skills, and a track record of implementing HSE management systems in large-scale environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, CMIOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead incident investigations and promote a zero-harm culture.
• Oversee hazard identification, risk assessments, and implementation of control measures.
• Review and approve safety plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Lead audits and regulatory inspections; drive corrective actions.
