ABIS in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the HSE team on major oil & gas projects, ensuring comprehensive risk management, audits, and continuous improvement in safety performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Safety Engineering and 10-12 years of safety experience in oil & gas, with OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 Lead Auditor credentials and NEBOSH/OSHA training. Saudi/Gulf experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Safety Engineering is required.
• 10-12 years of safety experience in oil & gas, process plant, shutdowns and turnarounds.
• Lead Auditor for OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001; NEBOSH or OSHA trained.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the HSE team with overall administration and implementation of HSE initiatives, programs and procedures.
• Develop and implement operational risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards for critical activities.
• Conduct Behavioural Safety Audits (BSA) and high profile site tours per HSEMS guidelines.
