Job summary

Westin Hotels & Resorts in Riyadh is seeking a results-oriented Management-level Sales & Marketing professional to lead the property's segmented sales efforts across group, transient, corporate and other segments.

You will implement segment sales strategies, drive revenue goals, and focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships while achieving personal booking targets.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales strategies with the sales leader to implement segment strategy and drive revenue for the segment.
• Maximizes revenue by providing leadership and setting booking goals for the sales team.
• Manages sales activities including approving space release for catering and participating in sales calls to acquire or close new business.
• Analyzes market information and assists in completing projections to meet property financial goals.
• Ensures exceptional customer service by upholding brand standards and driving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Builds successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders and coordinates with off-property sales channels to meet property needs.

Education
