Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Riyadh is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities, ensuring timely handover for service delivery and driving personal sales goals.

In this role you will lead day-to-day sales activities, build long-term customer relationships, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize revenue and bookings. A strong focus on customer service and market understanding is required.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree plus 3 years of sales/marketing experience, or
• 4-year degree plus 1 year of sales/marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
• Participates in sales calls with team to acquire new business or close on business.
• Executes and supports operational aspects of booked business, including proposals and contracts.
• Identifies new business to achieve personal and location revenue goals.
• Understands market trends and target customers to maximize revenue.
• Provides excellent customer service and ensures proper turnover to events management.
