Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales strategy and revenue for its Riyadh operations. The role focuses on building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with multiple hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will identify potential clients, plan calls, and participate in trade shows to expand the customer base while achieving monthly targets and supporting overall market growth.

Aufgaben

• Maintains good relations and solicits daily room night production of groups and conference business from existing accounts to meet sales targets.
• Organizes VIP arrivals, welcomes and provides assistance during stay per Radisson Collection Riyadh standards to meet guest satisfaction.
• Plans sales activities by identifying potential customers, organizing calls and sales blitz to develop new business.
• Negotiates new contracts and renewals to meet sales targets.
• Coordinates with Front Office, Banqueting and F&B to fulfill guest requirements from Markets.
• Prepares a monthly sales activity report on the concerned Market, including companies and travel agents.
• Defines key strategies for the regional segment to generate incremental revenue.
• Achieves monthly budget goals and new business targets.
• Maintains relationships with other hotel departments (Front Office, F&B, Accounting, Reservations).
• Develops professional presentations to key clients and conducts sales calls to local clients.
• Attends trade shows and contributes to overall market plan.
