Marriott Executive Apartments MADINAH seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment and work closely with franchisee Saudi Bonyan to align on service standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of progressive hospitality management, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality industry.
• Previous experience with Marriott International is highly preferred.
• Sales or business development experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.
