Marriott Executive Apartments MADINAH seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment and work closely with franchisee Saudi Bonyan to align on service standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of progressive hospitality management, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality industry.
• Previous experience with Marriott International is highly preferred.
• Sales or business development experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.

Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry to oversee daily operations, drive business performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with operational excellence, commercial awareness, and a proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Saudi Bonyan. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Candidates with previous experience at Marriott International and a background in sales will be given preference.

Qualifications:

• Accommodation 25 % from basic salary.
