Job summary

EWAA Hotels is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations across departments in Saudi Arabia. You will lead teams, drive service excellence, and focus on guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and performance metrics.

The role requires 5–7 years in hotel operations, a bachelor’s in Hospitality/Hotel Management or related field, and strong leadership with budgeting and revenue-management skills. English fluency is essential, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in hotel operations.
• Experience in 3- or 4-star hotels preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and coordinate between departments.
• Lead, motivate and develop hotel teams to deliver service excellence.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction, service quality, cleanliness and hospitality.
• Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue, and profitability.
• Develop and implement plans to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Control operating expenses while maintaining standards.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, Reservations, Finance and HR.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports and report to senior management.
• Support sales initiatives to maximize profitability.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and business partners.
