Acting as the client 's technical authority and trusted advisor, the successful candidate will oversee highway design quality, regulatory compliance, technical coordination, and design optimization across multiple projects and development stages. The role involves reviewing highway engineering deliverables from feasibility studies through Issued for Construction (IFC) designs, advising on design standards and exceptions, and ensuring that proposed solutions are safe, technically sound, constructible, and coordinated with other engineering disciplines. The Senior Highways Design SME will work closely with client teams, government authorities, design consultants, contractors, and development partners to resolve technical challenges, support design approvals, and improve infrastructure delivery outcomes. Candidates must have a bachelor 's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 15 years of professional highway design experience, and a minimum of 5 years working on projects in the Middle East. Experience in Saudi Arabia is strongly preferred.

What You 'll Be Doing
