HALA is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Group FP&A team in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, drive automation and AI-enabled analysis, and support the Oracle EPM implementation for planning while partnering with stakeholders across finance, operations and commercial teams.

The role demands strong analytical skills and proactive process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A or financial analysis in fintech, payments or startup environments.
• Proven budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle EPM or similar planning systems.

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Group FP&A team. This role suits an experienced finance professional from a fintech, payments or startup background who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will support budgeting and forecasting cycles, drive improvements to reporting through automation and AI-enabled analysis, support Hala's ongoing Oracle EPM implementation for the planning process, and act as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, working closely with business unit stakeholders
• Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis and commentary for senior leadership
• Build, maintain and improve financial models to support business planning and decision-making
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes, including the use of AI tools, to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
• Support the rollout and ongoing use of Oracle EPM for budgeting, forecasting and planning
• Partner with SQL/BI tools to extract, analyze and present financial and operational data
• Liaise with stakeholders across finance, operations and commercial teams in a positive, collaborative manner
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and business cases for key strategic initiatives
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial reporting outputs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools and controls
• Prepare commentary and presentation materials for quarterly board reporting

Requirements

• Previous experience in an FP&A or financial analysis role, ideally within a fintech, payments or startup / fast-moving environment
• Proven experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
• SQL and/or reporting automation experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Oracle EPM or a similar EPM/planning system is a strong plus
• Comfortable using AI tools to support and accelerate financial analysis and reporting
• Accounting qualification such as ACCA, or an equivalent Saudi-recognized qualification (e.g. SOCPA), preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across the business
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working with large datasets
• Self-motivated, proactive and keen to drive improvements to reporting and processes
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (Arabic a plus)
• Saudi National (role designated for Saudization)
