Job summary

HALA, a leading fintech company in the MENAP region, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its Group FP&A team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role leads budgeting and forecasting, drives automation and AI-enhanced reporting, and supports Oracle EPM implementation while partnering with stakeholders across the business.

Applicants should have +5 years FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills, and preferably ACCA or SOCPA. Saudi nationals are prioritized as part of Saudization efforts.

Qualifications

HALA, a leading fintech company in the MENAP region, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its Group FP&A team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional from a fintech, payments, or startup background who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading budgeting and forecasting processes, improving reporting through automation and AI, supporting Oracle EPM implementation, and acting as a finance partner to various stakeholders. Applicants should have previous FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills, and preferably an accounting qualification like ACCA or SOCPA. This position is designated for Saudi Nationals as part of Saudization.
